How much will I have to pay for my surgery?
The Westfall Surgery Center fee will vary according to your insurance policy and the type of procedure that you have done. Please contact your insurance company to determine your benefit level.
Are you "in network" with my insurance company?
While we are in network with many major insurance companies, there are plans that we would be considered "out-of-network". If we are out-of-network with your insurance plan, you may have a higher deductible, co-insurance or copayment due. There is also a possibility that you have no out-of-network benefits and would have to pay 100% of the entire surgery cost. Contact your insurance company to be sure.
Do you charge a billing fee?
If we ask for your copayment when you check-in for surgery and do not pay it, you will be required to pay a $10 billing service fee.
Why am I getting so many bills for my one surgery?
There are typically several different bills you may get – from Westfall Surgery Center, from your doctor and from the anesthesiologist. You may also be billed for laboratory and pathology services.
What if I have more questions?
